Educational platform — not a medical device

Precision IQ is a clinician-facing educational and decision-support reference tool. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and is not cleared or approved by the FDA, MHRA, EMA, or any other regulator as a clinical-decision instrument. All output is for educational use by licensed clinicians, who retain full responsibility for clinical decisions.

Clinician-only access

Accounts are limited to licensed medical professionals. By creating an account you represent that you are licensed and practicing within applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Sharing credentials with non-licensed individuals or patients is prohibited.

No PHI by design

The Platform is designed so that you do not need to enter direct patient identifiers (name, DOB, MRN, contact info, photographs, etc.). Do not enter Protected Health Information (PHI). The Workspace is intended for de-identified clinical profiles and protocol planning.

Because we do not receive PHI from you, Precision IQ does not operate as a HIPAA Business Associate by default and does not sign Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) for the standard Preview / Professional tiers. Enterprise customers with custom data-handling needs can contact us to discuss available options.

Peptides, compounding, and prescribing

The Platform discusses peptide pharmacology and implementation workflows for educational purposes. Regulatory status of specific peptides, compounded preparations, and permitted prescribing routes varies by country, state, and over time. Clinicians are solely responsible for verifying:

  • Current regulatory and scheduling status in their jurisdiction.
  • Permitted sourcing (compounding pharmacy licensure, 503A/503B status in the US, equivalent elsewhere).
  • Applicable informed-consent, monitoring, and recordkeeping requirements.
  • Practice-act scope, telehealth rules, and supervisory requirements for any non-physician users.

Security & data protection

  • Encryption in transit (TLS) for all Platform traffic.
  • Authenticated, role-based access to clinic workspaces.
  • Row-level database security so each clinic only sees its own workspace data.
  • Vetted infrastructure subprocessors for hosting, database, authentication, and payments.

See the Privacy Policy for details on what data we collect and how it is handled.

International users

The Platform is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the US, you are responsible for compliance with local laws, including those governing medical practice, prescribing, advertising of medicinal products, and data protection (e.g., GDPR, UK GDPR).
