Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 2026

Who this applies to

This Privacy Policy applies to licensed medical professionals who create an account on the Precision IQ platform (the “Platform”). The Platform is clinician-only and is not intended for use by patients or members of the public.

Information we collect

  • Account data: name, email address, password hash, and clinic affiliation you provide.
  • Subscription & role data: your tier (Preview / Professional / Enterprise) and assigned roles inside your clinic workspace.
  • Usage data: pages viewed, simulator inputs, dosing references opened, and similar product telemetry used to operate and improve the Platform.
  • Workspace content you create: non-identifying clinical profiles, notes, and protocol selections you enter into the Workspace.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser, device, and log data.

We do not ask you to upload identifiable patient information. Do not enter names, dates of birth, contact details, or any other direct patient identifiers into the Platform.

How we use information

  • To provide, secure, and improve the Platform.
  • To authenticate you and enforce role/tier access controls.
  • To communicate about your account, billing, and material changes to the service.
  • To produce aggregated, de-identified analytics about how clinicians use the Platform.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share information only with vetted infrastructure subprocessors (hosting, database, authentication, payments, email) acting under contract on our behalf, or when required by law.

Security

The Platform uses encryption in transit, role-based access controls, and row-level database security to limit data exposure to your account and clinic. No system is perfectly secure; you are responsible for keeping your password confidential.

Retention

Account and workspace data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us; some records may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing).

Your choices

You can update your profile or request deletion by contacting privacy@precisionpracticemastery.com. Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) you may have additional rights to access, correct, port, or restrict processing of your information.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or by email.
